Reference to the above subject and to the resolutions of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 14/06/2026 and the Postponed Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 21/06/2026, pursuant to which the shareholders approved the distribution of cash dividends amounting to 25% of the nominal share value (25 fils per share) and the distribution of 5% bonus shares of the Company’s capital to the shareholders of the Company.
