An Associate Company Extends and Updates Existing Banking Facilities with a Local Bank

Please be advised that MENA Homes Real Estate Company (K.S.C.C.), an associate of United Real Estate Company (with an ownership of 48.45%), has signed an agreement to extend and update its existing banking facilities with a local bank, for an aggregate amount of KD 88,739,678 (Kuwaiti Dinars Eighty-Eight Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Eight Only).
The expected financial impact at the associate level includes: - Improve debt maturity profile. - Reduce financing costs. - Enhanced financial position and liquidity.

Significant effect on the financial position shall be mentioned if the material information can measure that effect, excluding the financial effect resulting from tenders or similar contracts.
