With reference to the e-mail sent by your department regarding the request for comment on the unusual trading on the shares of Sanam Real Estate Company (K.P.S.C) during today’s session 05/07/2026, SANAM Group Holding Company would like to report the following: There have been no recent developments that will affect the company or its position and which have led to this unusual trading activity. There is no material information that requires disclosure as per the law or Executive Bylaws In accordance with the provisions of the law or the executive regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010.
