We would like to inform you that the Capital Markets Authority Disciplinary Board has issued Decision No.13 of 2026 (Disciplinary Board Case No. 07/2026 – CMA), dated 13 July 2026, imposing a financial penalty on the Company in the amount of KWD 20,000 , The decision also imposed financial penalties on certain members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Vice President, with an aggregate amount of KWD 35,000 . Accordingly, the Company is currently reviewing the grounds of the decision in preparation for filing grievance and appealing the decision in accordance with the applicable procedures.
The financial impact is contingent upon the outcome of the grievance and appeal against the decision
