According to AM Best, Al Ahleia demonstrates The financial strength of Al Ahleia Insurance Company is rated “Very Strong,” supported by a risk-adjusted capitalization at the strongest level and robust liquidity, with liquid assets covering net technical liabilities 1.8 times. The rating also reflects a “Strong” operating performance, evidenced by a net/net combined ratio of 88% in 2025 and a return on equity exceeding 10% over the 2020-2025 period. This comes alongside a stable outlook, which assumes the company will maintain its rating fundamentals over the medium term. The company’s regulatory solvency coverage ratio stood at 312% in Q4 2025, significantly exceeding the target level of 150%. The stable outlook reflects AM Best’s expectation that the company will maintain its rating fundamentals over the medium term, with balance sheet strength remaining at the “Very Strong” level and stable operating performance enabling sufficient internal capital generation.
