Please be informed that Al-Muthanna Real Estate Development Company, which is 20% owned by National Investments Company, has successfully executed a credit facilities agreement with an Islamic bank to finance the "Al-Muthanna Complex" project. The total value of the credit facilities amounts to KWD 29,650,000 (Kuwaiti Dinars Twenty-Nine Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Only), comprising: - KWD 18,500,000 in cash financing facilities; and - KWD 11,150,000 in various guarantee facilities. Supported by a joint and several guarantees provided by all consortium companies in accordance with each company's ownership percentage.
Currently there is no financial impact, and the financial effect of this contract will be linked to future use of the credit limits

Significant effect on the financial position shall be mentioned if the material information can measure that effect, excluding the financial effect resulting from tenders or similar contracts.

If a listed company, which is a member of a group, disclosed some material information related to it and has significant effect on other listed companies’ which are members of the same group, the other companies’ disclosure obligations are limited to disclosing the information and the financial effect occurring to that company itself.
