Disclosure of Material Information - contribution to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund

We would like to inform you that the BODs of AIC K.S.C.P. has approved by circulation a contribution to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund in the amount of USD 1,500,000, equivalent to KWD 465,000. In addition, the BODs of our subsidiary, Kuwait Reinsurance Company, has approved a contribution of the same value and thus the total contribution of AIC with its subsidiary becomes USD 3,000,000, equivalent to KWD 930,000. This initiative falls within the framework of the company’s commitment to its corporate social responsibility and its support for national initiatives launched by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.
It is one-time expense of KWD 930,000, which will be reflected in the consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2026.
