CBK Approval on KFH’s Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Information for the period ended 30 June 2026
• Central Bank of Kuwait has issued their approval on the KFH’s Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Information for the period ended 30 June 2026, including the Board of Directors recommendations of Semi-Annual Cash Dividends: 10% of Par value per share (10 Fils per share). • The Analyst Conference will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 28 July 2026 through live broadcasting on internet (Live Webcast). • The Interested Parties could communicate with the bank via the Email (investor.relations@kfh.com) to obtain the invitation and other details.

• KFH has conducted the Analysts Conference for Q (2/2026) through live broadcasting on internet (Live Webcast) at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 28 July 2026. • There was no other material information had been discussed during the conference. • KFH will disclose the Conference Minutes of Meeting within (3) working days after the conference.
• Currently, there is no effect on KFH’s financial position.
