Disclosure regarding the Contribution to the "Kuwait Emergency Response Fund"

Driven by the company’s corporate social responsibility and its belief in the importance of national initiatives that contribute to serving the community, the Board of Directors of Combined Group Contracting Company announces the company’s contribution to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund in the amount of USD 1,000,000 (One Million US Dollars).
A one-off expense equivalent to KWD 308,000, which will be reflected in the Company's financial statements for the Third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
