(the “Company”) hereby announces that the Board of Directors meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, 6 August 2026 at 02:00 PM, to discuss the interim consolidated financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2026, the extension of the maturity date of the loan provided by the parent company to the Company for an additional one-year period, and other items included on the meeting agenda.
