Please be advised that the Company’s Board of Directors has approved entering into an investment transaction valued at USD 10.13 million, equivalent to 3,132,702 KWD, in partnership with National Investment Company and Wafra INC. located in the State of New York, through an equity contribution to a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), which will acquire an interest in Navitas Credit Corp. a company specializing in equipment financing and leasing activities in the USA. This investment is part of the Company’s strategy to diversify its investments and pursue economically viable investment opportunities that contribute to generating attractive returns and enhancing value creation, in accordance with the approved policies, controls, and procedures.
The investment will be classified under “Investments at Fair Value Through Other Comprehensive Income (FVOCI)” in the Company’s financial statements for the third quarter of 2026, upon recognition and disclosure thereof.
