Increase in Brokerage fee income amounting to KD 849K.

Increase in Realised gain of investments at fair value through profit or loss amounting to KD 85K.

Increase in gross profit from commercial activities by KD 102K despite of incurring gross loss of KD 348K by a subsidiary company in the nurseries field in the 2nd quarter due to the current Geopolitical events.

Increase in Share in results of associates by KD 1,417K.

Against:

Decrease in Unrealised gain / (loss) of investments at fair value through profit or loss amounting to KD 262K.

Decrease in Management fee, Advisory fee and Dividend income by KD 201K.

Increase in Expenses by KD 725K due to the growth of the brokerage activities and the acquisition of a subsidiary company in the 4th quarter of 2025.

ارتفاع مجمل الربح من الأنشطة التجارية بمبلغ 102 ألف د ك على الرغم من تكبد شركة تابعة في مجال الحضانات لمجمل خسارة بمبلغ 348 ألف د ك في الربع الثاني بسبب التوترات الجيوسياسية الحالية.

ارتفاع الحصة في نتائج شركات زميلة بمبلغ 1,417 ألف د ك

مقابل:

انخفاض بقيمة 262 ألف دينار في بند أرباح/(خسائر) غير محققة من استثمارات بالقيمة العادلة من خلال الأرباح والخسائر.

انخفاض إيراد أتعاب إدارة وأتعاب الاستشارات والتوزيعات بمبلغ 201 ألف د ك.

ارتفاع المصروفات بمبلغ 725 ألف د.ك بسبب نمو نشاط الوساطة والاستحواذ على شركة تابعة في الربع الرابع من عام 2025.
