Salhia Real Estate Company has completed the procedures for transferring ownership of plot No. (1) of the Salhia Extension Project, following the settlement of the outstanding indebtedness arising from its acquisition pursuant to an Ijara financing agreement with a promise to purchase from one of the Islamic banks. The plot is located in Qibla area of Kuwait City, and its total area of 2,117.5 m2.
