We would like to inform you that Jazeera Airways K.S.C.P. has signed a letter for the renewal of existing facilities with a local bank amounting to KD 58.6 Mn, including Letter of Guarantee, Overdraft, and treasury FX facilities at interest rate and commissions to be paid according to the rules applicable at the Bank.
There is no material impact on the company’s financial position currently. The utilized amount is KD 29.4 Mn and the impact of the portion that will be utilized during the subsequent periods will appear on the financial statements.
