We would like to inform you that our company has renewed the credit facilities agreement with one of the local banks to a total limit of KD 42,123,000 (Kuwaiti Dinars Forty-Two Million One Hundred and Twenty-Three thousand), to finance the company's activities.
The financial impact cannot be determined now, and the amounts to be utilized will gradually reflect on the financial statements over subsequent periods from the value of the banking facilities.
