Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO) has awarded a contract for the provision of logistics and supply chain services to a joint venture comprising of Integrated Logistics Company Qatar (70%), a subsidiary of Integrated Holding Company, and De Rijke Europe B.V., Netherlands (30%). The contract has a term of 10 years, commencing on 1 January 2027, with an estimated total value of QAR 619 million (approximately KD 52.4 million)
The financial impact is expected to be reflected in the income statement in conjunction with the start of the operational implementation of the contract.

The subsidiary (Integrated Logistics Company – Qatar) signed a contract with Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO) an estimated total value of QAR 619 million (approximately KD 52.4 million)
The financial impact is expected to be reflected in the income statement in conjunction with the start of the operational implementation of the contract.

Significant effect on the financial position shall be mentioned if the material information can measure that effect, excluding the financial effect resulting from tenders or similar contracts.
