With reference to the above-mentioned subject, and in line with Warba Insurance and Reinsurance Company's commitment to transparency and disclosure principles, and in compliance with the instructions of the Capital Markets Authority regarding the disclosure of material information, we inform you that the company has renewed a credit facilities agreement with a local bank for a total amount of 6,000,000 Kuwaiti Dinars (only six million Kuwaiti Dinars). The details are as follows: 1- A loan of 2,000,000 Kuwaiti Dinars (only two million Kuwaiti Dinars). 2- A general guarantee letter limit of 4,000,000 Kuwaiti Dinars (only four million Kuwaiti Dinars). This is for a period of three months, renewable, and extendable for additional periods ending on 15/06/2027, under the same agreed terms and conditions.
