with reference to what has been circulating recently on some social media and various platforms regarding Digits Group K.S.C.P . and Automated Systems K.S.C.P., Digits Group would like to make it clear to the shareholders and market participants that what is being traded in this regard is incorrect and unfounded. The Company confirms that there are currently no existing commercial transactions, negotiations, agreements or arrangements regarding any potential commercial transactions between Digits Group K.S.C.P . and Automated Systems K.S.C.P. The Company also reiterates its commitment to disclose any material information in accordance with the rules and instructions of the Capital Markets Authority and Boursa Kuwait Securities.
