The company would like to confirm the Corporate Action time schedule for the distribution of 17 fils per share cash dividends for the first half of the year 2026, as disclosed previously. Cum Date * 28/9/2026 Ex Date 29/9/2026 Record Date 1/10/2026 Payment Date 6/10/2026 1- Cash dividends will be transferred to the bank accounts of the shareholders, who are registered in the electronic transfer service for the distribution of profits, as of Tuesday, October 6, 2026. 2- Shareholders who were not able to register in the electronic transfer service for the distribution of profits, shall contact the local banks to register in this service or through their electronic services, according to the instructions issued by the Kuwait Clearing Company. * Cum-Dividend Date (Cum-Div): The last day on which the share must be purchased so that the shareholder is registered in the company's register on the record date and therefore is entitled to receive dividends.
