Reference to the above subject and the provisions of Chapter (4) – Art. (4-1-1) of Module 10 (Disclosure and Transparency) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning establishment of the Capital Markets Authority. Mezzan Holding Company K.S.C.P. announces that its Board of Directors, during its emergency meeting held on 27 September 2026, approved to accept the resignation dated 27th September 2026 submitted by Mr. Amr Farghal from his position as Group Chief Executive Officer The Board of Directors also resolved to appoint Mr. Omar Samoud, Group Chief Financial Officer, to assume the duties of the Group's Acting Chief Executive Officer, in addition to his current duties, effective 27th September 2026 and until the appointment of a new Group Chief Executive Officer or another resolution of the Board of Directors.
