Please be advised that today we received from our subsidiary institutions, the American University of the Middle East (AUM) and the American College of the Middle East (ACM), a letter from the General Secretariat of the Private Universities Council (PUC) regarding Council of Ministers Resolution No. (1188), adopted at its meeting No. (36/2026)-(122), concerning the cancellation of financial allowances granted to students whose Kuwaiti citizenship has been withdrawn, in accordance with the categories specified in the resolution. The number of students covered by the resolution and their scholarships have been cancelled are 242 at the American University of the Middle East (AUM) and 48 at the American College of the Middle East (ACM).
