We would like to disclose that Warba Bank has received an initial approval from Central Bank of Kuwait on 11/08/2026 to Issue Additional Tier 1 Sukuk in the amount of 500 million US Dollars.

Pursuant to the requirements of Chapter Four (Disclosure of Material Information) of Book Ten (Disclosure & Transparency) of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Markets Authority Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments. We would like to notify you that Warba Bank has obtained the final approval of the Central Bank of Kuwait on 05/10/2026 for the Private Offering Prospectus for the issuance of Additional Tier 1 Sukuk not exceeding KD 100 Million.
