Reference is made to the above-mentioned subject, and in compliance with the provisions of Article (1-10) of Chapter one of Rule Book (Listing Rules) of CMA executive bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activity and its amendments ,which relates to providing the Authority and disclose at the Exchange the certificate of noting the amendment of the Company Contract in the commercial register within a maximum of five Business Days from the date of issuing the commercial register notation. Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait would like to disclose the commercial registry annotation issued on 11 October 2026.
