We are pleased to inform you that Kuwait Resources House Company for a\Human Resource Services and Management K.S.C, a subsidiary of Beyout Investment Holding Group Company, has been awarded a contract to provide human resources services to Kuwait Oil Company ( provision of ambulance Services manpower for Ahmadi Hospital and Southwell Hospital) for a duration of Four years the contract value amounts to 3,205,207 Approximately (Three million two hundred and five thousand and two hundred and seven) Kuwaiti dinars only.
There is no financial impact on the financial position of the company at this time, noting that the financial impact of the contract will be reflected during the period of execution of the contract

Supplementary Disclosure Regarding a Subsidiary Signing a Change Order to a Human Resources Services Contract

We are pleased to inform you that Kuwait Resources House for Human Resources Services Company (K.R.H.R.S.C) one of Beyout Holding Company subseries has signed a change order to increase the number of employees providing human resources services for Kuwait Oil Company, and supply ambulance service staff for Ahmadi Hospital and South Well Hospital. The value of the change order is approximately KD 622,010 (Six Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand and Ten Kuwaiti Dinars). Without changing the period existing contract
It is expected to achieve a financial profit ranging from 3% to 7% of the contract value, and this will be reflected in the company's financial statements during the contract execution period.

Significant effect on the financial position shall be mentioned if the material information can measure that effect, excluding the financial effect resulting from tenders or similar contracts.
