With reference to the disclosure issued by the associate company, Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P. & Agility Global PLC on October 14, 2026, regarding the approval of the sale agreement for Tristar, valued at USD 1.5 billion, the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March 2027.
Please note that the expected financial impact on the company is equivalent to 22.3% of the impact that Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P. will recognize in its financial statements and 18.5% of the impact that Agility Global PLC will recognize in its financial statements.
