Please be informed that the Board of Directors of National Real Estate Company K.P.S.C. (the “Company”) held its meeting on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, at 1:30 p.m., during which the proposed execution of the Share Sale Agreement relating to the sale of the Company’s Cayman Islands subsidiary shares (KNREC Holding International Limited) was discussed and approved for an aggregate purchase consideration of USD 13,000,000 (approximately KWD 3,998,800). The market will be notified upon the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement and the completion of the sale transaction, together with the expected financial impact on the Company.
