GFH Bank (“GFH” or the “Group”) is pleased to announce that its global asset management arm, GFH Partners Limited (“GFH Partners”), headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, has successfully exited a logistics facility in the United States through its sale to Michelin North America in a transaction valued at US$151 million. GFH Partners’ share represents 4.59% of the deal. For further details please refer to the attached release.
This exit is expected to reflect positively on the Group’s financials and increase the returns for the Group.
