Supplementary Disclosure - Zimbali Lakes Project

Further to our disclosure dated 14/05/2024 , We have been informed by our associate company IFA Hotels & Resorts that it has launched its latest residential project in South Africa, “Vilasita,” located in the Zimbali Lakes resort on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal province, comprising 146 luxury residences The project is part of a series of projects through which the Company plans to bring to market properties valued at approximately ZAR 1 billion over the next five years. Construction is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2027, with the project expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
