Gulf Cables Group Co. hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Assembly of Foulath Holding (Bahrain), in which the Company holds a 10% equity interest, was held on Tuesday, 20 October 2026. The Extraordinary General Assembly approved an internal restructuring of the Group, which involves transferring ownership of the Group’s business operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to its shareholders, in proportion to their respective shareholdings. Upon completion of the relevant procedures, Gulf Cables Group Co. will hold a 10% equity interest in Foulath Arabia Holding, in addition to retaining its existing 10% equity interest in Foulath Holding (Bahrain).
The financial impact cannot be determined at this stage and will be disclosed in due course.
