We would like to inform you that the Extraordinary General Assembly of Foulath Holding B.S.C. (Closed), in which National Industries Group Holding K.P.S.C. owns a 10% stake, was held today, Tuesday, 20 October 2026. The Assembly approved an internal restructuring of the group, which involves transferring ownership of the group’s activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to its shareholders, each in proportion to their respective shareholding. Upon completion of the relevant procedures, National Industries Group Holding will own a 10% stake in Foulath Arabia Holding Company, while retaining its existing 10% stake in Foulath Holding.
The financial impact cannot be determined at this time and will be disclosed in due course.
