Basis of Qualified Conclusion

We were unable to obtain bank confirmations for certain bank balances amounting to KD 4,350 and Murabaha payables amounting to KD 2,042,677 as at 30 September 2026 (31 December 2025: KD 671 and KD 2,060,112) respectively, and any associated contingencies or mortgages. Consequently, we were unable to determine whether any adjustments should be made to the interim condensed consolidated financial information in relation to such bank balances and Murabaha payables.
