Increase/Decrease in Net Profit (Loss) is due to - Value

Net profit for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 was lower than in the corresponding period of 2025, primarily due to the one-off gain on the sale of freehold land in Kuwait recognized in the prior year.

 

During the quarter, as part of its corporate social responsibility commitment, the Group contributed KD 2.5 million to the Kuwait Emergency Fund. This contribution is reflected in the quarter-to-date results.

 

Despite the prevailing regional geopolitical environment and its effect on year-to-date performance, the Group continues to operate normally and remains in a strong financial position.

 

انخفض صافي الربح لفترة التسعة الأشهر المنتهية في 30 سبتمبر 2026 مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي 2025، ويعود ذلك بشكل رئيسي إلى تحقيق أرباح غير متكررة ناتجة من بيع أرض مملوكة للشركة في دولة الكويت خلال العام السابق.

 

خلال الربع الحالي، وفي إطار دعم المبادرة الوطنية الاستراتيجية قدمت الشركة مساهمة مالية بقيمة 2.5 مليون دينار كويتي لصالح صندوق الكويت للاستجابة الطارئة. وقد انعكس أثر هذه المساهمة على النتائج المالية للفترة الحالية.

 

 

على الرغم من التطورات الجيوسياسية الإقليمية السائدة في المنطقة وتأثيرها على الأداء المالي منذ بداية العام، إلا أن المجموعة تواصل مزاولة أعمالها وأنشطتها التشغيلية بشكل طبيعي، مع المحافظة على متانة مركزها المالي.
